    I really liked this place, it was amazing! It's located in a quiet area not far from the business district, the city center, and the subway 🚇. I had a delicious meal at the rooftop restaurant nearby.

    Everything was superb, so were panoramic views to the snow capped mountains. The location was peaceful and decent, also very near the football stadium. I was there for 3 nights and ate at rooftop restaurant with great view and the friendly staff.

    the spa, which you said was included in the price for use of the facilities (not the treatements), but apparently this is not true. One has to pay 29 euros per hour for this which is high; I chose the hotel for this reason, I would not stay again there if the spa is not included because it is too far away from the center of town;

    Excellent room. Strong wifi signal in the room. Complimentary. Fantastic views. Staff were wonderful. Good gym.

    Food. We paid 100s for what was more presentation than food at the restaurant. Room service came cold even though we had mentioned it before we ordered on the second night.

    Every thing about this hotel, location and interior is excellent. We were thanks to the volcanic cloud, and the staff were very helpful in trying to get us some transportation. Extraordinary!

    The staff was extremely accommodating and very helpful with directions to downtown locations or anything else we could think of. The pillow menu was definitely a plus and the hotel room was beautiful and had a very modern design! It was just a short trip from downtown on the subway and being that the downtown nightlife doesn't end until the early morning it was nice to get away from there to a nice, quiet, comfy hotel. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Madrid and I will definitely be staying there again when I go back.
